1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry, sourcing request, or newsletter subscription, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, requested quantity, budget, in-hand date, message, and uploaded reference files. Do not upload payment card information, government-issued identification, or unrelated personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, source products, provide customer service, and manage follow-up. Inquiries are stored in our database and uploaded files are stored in protected file storage accessible to authorized administrators. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
3. Analytics and Browser Storage
We record product view counts and limited website activity, including server-available IP address, approximate country, region, and city supplied by the hosting service, visit time, and page path without URL query parameters. Session storage helps avoid duplicate counts and supports visit-duration and inquiry-progress measurement. We do not collect the contents of fields that are not submitted.
4. Retention, Sharing, and Your Choices
Visitor activity is retained for up to 30 days. Inquiry, subscription, and order-related information is retained as needed for customer service, business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We may share information with service providers and supply-chain partners only as needed to operate the website, prepare a quote, fulfill an accepted order, or comply with law. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity and may retain information where required by law.
5. International Processing
Our customers, team members, service providers, suppliers, and logistics partners may be located in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
